Frequency Fields
Frequency Fields is a moving-image work that translates the shifting frequencies of network data packets or sound waves into a dynamic visual field. Using point-cloud formations, flowing particle systems, and variations in light and colour density, the piece transforms abstract frequency data into perceptible patterns that ripple and evolve in real time.
Through multi-channel projection and an immersive soundscape, the work allows viewers to encounter frequency as both a visual and auditory experience. Particle flows pulse with rhythm, spatial textures expand and contract, and luminous fields drift like atmospheric or tidal movements. Frequency Fields reveals the energetic currents embedded in data, turning invisible digital fluctuations into a vivid sensory landscape that moves around and with the audience.
